Company Overview: Executive Protection Group is a leading provider of security services, committed to ensuring the safety and protection of our clients and their assets. We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Unarmed Guards.

Job Description: As an Unarmed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and conducting regular security checks. Your primary duty will be to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and property within the designated premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas on foot or by vehicle, as instructed by the supervisor.

• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while enforcing security policies and procedures.

• Control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

• Complete accurate and detailed reports of incidents, disturbances, or any other notable occurrences during your shift.

• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of security techniques and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security or law enforcement preferred.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

• Must have reliable transportation.
